The 40th Anniversary Concert will boast legends like Angel, George LaMond, David of Nice & Wild, Soave Rockell, Aby Cruz, and more! If you didn’t already know, George LaMond is a freestyle legend who also dabbles in salsa music. Since debuting in 1989, he has dropped seven awesome albums. Known and loved around the world, George LaMond is best known for his no.25 Billboard debut, "Bad of the Heart", and his no.1 salsa smash hit, "Que Te Vas". Another banger is his Top 5 radio hit, "Don’t Stop Believin’". The sales buzz of the single, "Bad of the Heart" coupled with George Lamond's signature vocals quickly caught the attention of major record labels like Columbia Records/Sony Music, resulting in a huge deal. The freestyle star’s debut album of the same name, pushed the single to its peak on the Billboard Hot 100 charts and also included a slew of successful follow-up singles, including "Without You", "Look Into My Eyes" and "No Matter What."
David Torres is another music heavyweight joining this all-star lineup. Alongside Reggie Pierre, Remy Palacios and John Minnis, he was a member of the freestyle music group, Nice & Wild. The band rose to fame in 1986 after their release of "Diamond Girl," and they’ve been soaring ever since! Aby Cruz and Soave will also be gracing the stage. Aby Cruz is the original lead singer of TKA, while Soave is the hitmaker of the smash hit song “Crying over You.”
