Toyota Oakdale Theatre Rules
For the safety and security of everyone at Toyota Oakdale Theatre, the venue operates several strict venue policies. These are in place to give you the best possible experience at the theater, so please read through them and observe them carefully during your visit!
The theater has strict rules in place to ensure the safety of all patrons. These also help to improve the experience without disrupting the acts, and the management reserves the right to remove anybody not following these rules.
bag policy
Bags should be small and non-obstructive, ideally capable of fitting underneath a seat. Any bags over the size of 12” x 6” x 12” will not be allowed inside the venue. There will be bag searches when you enter the venue, and some bags may undergo secondary checks.
Camera Policy
Professional cameras are not permitted within the venue without prior official authorization. Personal cameras are typically permitted; however, this may vary by event so please check with the venue if you are unsure.
Prohibited Items
The following items are not allowed inside the theater. The management reserves the right to adjust these and add any other items to the list should they feel they contravene health and safety:
- Alcohol or food from outside the venue
- Illegal drugs or substances
- Pets (except service animals)
- Bags larger than 12” x 6” x 12”
- Chairs of any kind
- Noisemakers, laser pointers, or fireworks
- Glass containers
- Spiked jewelry
- Umbrella with a steel or metal point
- Weapons of any kind, including chains, knives, guns, and mace
- Pop-up tents (including in parking lots – tailgating is prohibited).
Any items considered dangerous to other patrons or the artist are prohibited. The management may wish to remove people who do not follow these rules.
Cash policy
The Toyota Oakdale Theatre is credit or debit card only. This includes all food and drink outlets, plus the sale of programs or other merchandise. If you’re carrying cash, you can use the Cash to Card Conversion Service at Guest Services.
Smoking policy
There is no smoking allowed in the seating areas at the Toyota Oakdale Theatre. There are designated smoking areas outside the venue for cigarette and vape users.
child policy
Children can visit the theater, but restrictions may vary depending on the show’s content. Infants under 18 months are not permitted.
Any child aged between 18 months and 15 years inclusive requires their own ticket, with child pricing applicable. Adults aged 16 and up will pay the full price, subject to concessions.
pet and service animals policy
Pets are prohibited in the Toyota Oakdale Theatre, except for service animals such as guide dogs. The venue reserves the right to request ADA service animal documentation where appropriate.
